White label, client logins and reports
Put your agency's brand on reports and the client portal, invite client logins and send monthly reports.

White label is included in Agency Pro and available as an add-on on Agency.
Your brand
Under Settings → White label, add:
- your logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 512 KB),
- your brand and accent colours (text colours are darkened automatically where needed for contrast),
- the sender name for emails to clients.
Your domain
Add a domain such as reports.youragency.com under Settings → White label and create the DNS records shown. Once it is verified, clients use the portal on your domain.
Client logins
From a client's sites, invite a contact. They get a link to create a login that can only see that client's sites, read-only.
Reports
On the first of each month, every site with client contacts gets a PDF report for the previous month, emailed automatically. It includes:
- an executive summary and the score trend,
- the top open fixes by impact and pages affected,
- every WCAG 2.2 A and AA criterion with findings and manual checks.
You can also create a report for the last 30 days at any time from the site page.
