Accessibility monitoring for agencies
Keep every client site accessible after launch
AccessWatch scans your clients' sites on a schedule, flags new problems after each release and gives your developers fixes they can apply. Reports go out under your brand.
Most agencies treat accessibility as a project: an audit, a round of fixes, a sign-off. Then the site keeps changing. New pages, plugins and campaigns bring new problems, and nobody sees them until a user or an auditor does.
Monitoring turns accessibility into something you can maintain: a regular check of every client site, a short list of what changed, and clear fixes for your developers.
Why one-off audits aren't enough
Sites change weekly
Each release can add problems, especially in templates shared across hundreds of pages.
Fixes slip
Without a follow-up check, it's hard to know whether a fix shipped and stayed.
Clients need evidence
Under the European Accessibility Act, clients want to show what they check and how they improve.
How agencies use AccessWatch
Add client sites
Start URLs, sitemaps and include or exclude rules; staging sites behind a login too.
Choose a schedule
Weekly, daily, or triggered from your CI after each deploy.
Fix what's new
New problems are flagged with the affected elements and a suggested fix for the platform.
Report
Monthly PDF reports and a client login, in your brand.
What's included
Portfolio view
Every client site with its score, trend and open problems in one place.
Alerts
An email and optional Slack message when new critical problems appear.
Fix workflow
Assign, comment and mark fixed; the next scan confirms the fix.
Statements
EAA accessibility statements per site, updated as problems are fixed.
Automated checks find many accessibility problems but not all of them. AccessWatch includes a manual checklist for the rest; whether a site conforms to WCAG depends on both.
Questions from agencies
How many sites can we monitor?
Agency includes 25 sites and Agency Pro 100, with add-ons of ten more. Pricing is per agency, not per site.
Can we scan staging sites?
Yes. HTTP basic auth and a simple login script (fill, click, wait) are supported; credentials are stored encrypted.
Does it work with our CI?
Yes. A deploy hook URL starts a scan after each release.
Which standard is used?
WCAG 2.2 level AA rules, as referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
