From finding problems to proving progress
AccessWatch covers the whole loop an agency runs for its clients: check the sites, fix what's wrong, show the results and keep it that way.
Continuous WCAG monitoring
Every site is crawled from its start URL and sitemaps and checked in a real browser with axe-core against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules.
- Weekly scans by default, daily with the add-on, or after every deploy via a deploy hook
- A 0–100 site score and a trend over time
- New critical problems trigger an email and, if you like, a Slack message
- robots.txt and a polite crawl pace are respected
- Staging sites behind HTTP basic auth or a login form
Fixes, not just findings
Problems are grouped across pages, so one broken template counts once. Each comes with the affected elements, the WCAG criterion and guidance written for developers.
- Code fixes for common problems
- Platform-specific versions for WordPress, Shopify or React
- Assign, comment and mark fixed; the next scan confirms it
Manual checks
Automated tests can't judge everything. A checklist of manual checks per site covers keyboard use, meaningful alternatives and other things a person must review.
- Tracked next to the automated results
- Included in reports and statements
White label
Put your agency in front: your logo, colours and domain on dashboards, PDF reports and client logins.
- Monthly PDF reports per site, emailed to the client
- Read-only client logins limited to their own sites
- Your own domain for the client portal
Accessibility statements
Generate an EAA accessibility statement per site from the latest scan and manual checks, in English, Swedish, German, Dutch or French. It is hosted for you and updates when issues are fixed.
- Export as HTML or Markdown
- Lists known problems and how to report new ones
Agency directory
Agencies can list themselves in our public directory, so businesses looking for help with accessibility can find them.
- Platforms you work with and countries you serve
- Opt-in, managed from your settings
