20% for the customer's lifetime

- Clients can pay us directly (you earn commission) or you pay at a wholesale price and bill them yourself

Questions
What is the difference between the affiliate and the partner program?
Affiliates recommend AccessWatch and earn 30% for 12 months. Partners work with their clients day to day: they manage client accounts from a partner organization and earn 20% for the customer's lifetime, or buy at a wholesale price and bill clients themselves.
How much can I earn?
Ten customers on the Agency plan (€99.00 a month) earn you €297.00 a month as an affiliate, €3,564.00 over the first year. Use the calculator above for other plans.
How long is the cookie?
60 days from the last click on your link, and it covers both TrustDesk and AccessWatch. The last click before the customer creates an organization wins.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission is approved 30 days after each payment. Once a month we pay everything approved by the end of the previous month, by bank transfer or PayPal, once your balance reaches €50.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
The commission on that payment is clawed back in proportion to the refund. Inside the refund window it simply cancels; later it is deducted from your next payout.
Do referred customers pay more?
No. They pay the normal price and get the same 14-day free trial, without a card.
Can I run ads or list a coupon?
You can advertise with your own content, but not bid on our brand names. Coupon and deal sites need our written approval first, and only with codes we give you.
Do I have to disclose that I earn a commission?
Yes. Say so clearly next to your link or recommendation. EU consumer law requires it, and so do the program terms.
Can I refer my own company?
No. Self-referrals (same person, same company email domain or the same card) earn no commission.
