Accessibility monitoring your agency can resell under its own brand

AccessWatch checks your clients' sites against WCAG on a schedule, explains every problem in plain language with a code fix, and sends reports with your logo. It never adds anything to the sites it checks.

Accessibility doesn't stay fixed

Sites change every week. Audits are a snapshot.

  • Regressions ship quietly

A new template, a plugin update or a marketing banner can undo months of accessibility work without anyone noticing.

  • Reports developers can't use

Long lists of rule IDs don't say what to change in a WordPress theme or a React component.

  • Clients are asking

The European Accessibility Act has applied since June 2025, and clients want to know where their site stands.

Built for agencies

Everything you need to offer accessibility monitoring as a service.

  • Continuous WCAG scans

Every client site checked weekly or daily against WCAG 2.2 AA rules, with a score and a list of what changed since last time.

  • Fixes, not just findings

Plain-language guidance and a code fix for common problems, adapted for WordPress, Shopify or React when you want.

  • Your brand, not ours

Reports, dashboards and client logins carry your agency's logo, colours and domain.

  • Accessibility statements

EAA statements in English, Swedish, German, Dutch and French, generated from real results and kept up to date.

  • Manual checks alongside

A checklist for what automated tools can't test, tracked next to the scan results.

  • No overlays, ever

We never inject a widget or script into your clients' sites. Problems get fixed in the code, where they actually go away.

How it works

  • Add your clients' sites

Enter a start URL; AccessWatch finds pages from links and sitemaps and respects robots.txt. Staging sites behind a login work too.

  • Scan on a schedule

Weekly by default, daily with the add-on, or from your deploy pipeline after each release.

  • Fix with your developers

Each problem comes with the affected elements, the WCAG criterion and a suggested fix. Assign it, fix it, and the next scan confirms it.

  • Report to clients

Monthly PDF reports, a client login to see progress, and an accessibility statement that follows the results.

Honest about what automation can do

  • Automated plus manual

Automated checks find many problems continuously. A manual checklist covers what tools can't judge, like meaningful alt text.

  • Read-only by design

AccessWatch only reads your sites, at a polite pace. Nothing is installed, injected or changed.

  • Hosted in the EU

Scan results and reports are stored in the EU, without third-party trackers.

Frequently asked questions

Which standard do you check against?

WCAG 2.2 level AA, which is what the European Accessibility Act points to through EN 301 549.

Will AccessWatch make a site compliant with the EAA?

No tool can do that. AccessWatch finds problems, explains how to fix them and tracks progress; conformance depends on the fixes and on the manual checks that tools can't do.

Can we resell it under our own brand?

Yes. Agency Pro and the White label add-on put your logo, colours and domain on the dashboard and every report.

Do you add an accessibility overlay or widget to the site?

No, never. Overlays don't make a site accessible and often get in the way of assistive technology. Every fix happens in the site's own code, templates and content.

Where is data stored?

In the EU, without third-party trackers.
